Smallish bathroom storage solutions?
We have a bathroom that's maybe 12 feet by 6 feet. Not normally considered smallish, except for when three teenage girls share it AND you want to put the house on the market in the next year. We painted, new curtains, etc. The old shelving unit was a dad's "find" and a decorator's nightmare. I really hate to make the bathroom feel smaller by putting another shelving unit in there while it's on the market. Anyone have any solutions. We've stopped the stocking up mentality to help ease the amount of stuff in the house, but still I want the house to look showable.
Would say 3 white open shelves with a small basket underneath filled with towels help it to feel the same size while giving storage space? The shelves would be about six inches deep. Not exactly sure but that would be a guess of the depth.

Okay something that has been bothering me for a wile now is companys that store lots of data from clients around the world ovbiously store it on hard drives , but how to they spread all this data over 100's of hard drives , do they make programs that do this , or if one hard drive is full , start saving infomation on the next hard drive or do all the hard drives act as one massive hard drive ?

How do you organize a rented room?
I am renting a room at a house and am having trouble fitting my adult life in a child sized space. I have minimized my furniture and clothing but cannot seem to keep my space organized. I have an 8 by 11 foot room with one wall taken up almost completely by a closet and entry door and a window on the wall opposite, so, there is not very much space to put up additional furniture. There is not an option to personalize my closet with built in storage solutions because I do not own the space. How can I maximize my space without stripping my possessions down to the bone??

My bedroom is so disorganized?
I usually keep my room very clean but lately I've been so busy I get lazy when I have time off. I end up throwing laundry in a pil on my floor, my desk is stacked with papers and my bookshelf is overstuffed. I got a new set of furniture recently and its a lot bigger than my old set was. I had to get rid of my vanity so now I have a hard time finding homes for little things like my makeup, extra college supplies (pens, paper), textbooks, etc. Any storage solutions/suggestions?

IKEA kitchen cabinets, do they last?
My parents are in the midst of receiving their new house keys and are now looking for kitchen cabinets. We want a full set kitchen, including the island, the fancy soft-close features, and since our kitchen is small, we need smart storage solutions. Yet, we want a good, modern/contemporary design.
Looking at kitchen cabinet specialists, the good quality 'UK' spec are too expensive and the local spec looks good, but cheaply made and installed.
We went to IKEA today for a quick browse and loved one of the sample full set kitchen, the price is reasonably cheap and includes their FAGOR appliances, ive experienced an IKEA bed (legs broke after 1 year), IKEA lamps (lasted 3-6 months), so does any of you experienced IKEA cabinets?
Do they last long? We dont want sagging doors, cracked cabinet. And are the sizes customizable?

Storage solutions for too-deep drawers?
I need storage ideas for my too deep drawers!
My bathroom is incredibly disorganized! Its tiny to begin with but on top of that, I only have 3 drawers (2 of which are pointlessly deep) and a small under cabinet space. My two biggest problems are organizing my hair stuff (tons of bottles that can't stand up in the drawers) and storing my stockpiled items. Any ideas?

Where/ how do you store your dog food?
I buy 30lb bags, but I'm having a hard time finding a good storage solution. I have a small house, with little hidden storage (no ready closet, etc. to stash the bag). I'm thinking of getting a med. trash can to empty the food into, or a storage bin.
I'm just curious what you all do, so I can glean out something that might work for me!
