What can i do about the cricket in my house?

Need advice...should I keep these shoes?
I'm spring-cleaning my shoe closet, and I found out that I have several pairs of newish shoes that fit and are nice (work-appropriate) but aren't comfortable enough to wear for more than a few hours. I do a lot of standing and walking on campus, so I do need at least some good shoes, but I also need nice ones for dressing up. Should all my shoes be uber comfortable? Do I keep my nice but stiff shoes? What about the expensive ones that are half a size too small?

Last night I went crazy and this is what happened?
Last night I flipped out, my wife and I have been married for almost 6 years, have a 3 year old girl, and a pretty solid relationship, every once in a while maybe a dozen times or less in those 6 years I have flipped out, meaning I throw things, yell, say really mean things, and have even seemed to black out during these events, no not from drinking but from RAGE, anyway, I am a 33 year old male who has been on/off anti-depressants for about three years now, I think that matters in what I am telling you here. Anyway on Sunday evening she asked me to do a few things around the house, cause I was home yesterday, she asked that I make the bed, clean the house, do all the laundry fold and put away, organize the coat/shoe closet, vacuum, do the dishes and cook dinner, well guess what I did it all and then some. I was happy and all that I was able to finish with about two hours too spare. She usually calls me a few times a day but I never heard from her, and I figured you know she has alot going on at work, well she did not get home until about 715pm and she went to work at 530am, I was pissed, and upset, and when she came in never said a single word about the house, just went upstairs and stayed up there, I was like WTF is going on here, so I thought okay, so I packed an overnight bag and me and my daughter were going to leave when I came downstairs with that bag she come running down, and told me I was not taking her daughter, mind you this is biological daughter of mine as well. Then I started in on her, and basically I went into RAGE mode, she then tried calling 911 and I grabbed the phone and busted it in pieces. Next thing from her mouth was I want a divorce, we are done. ------------your input please--------------
